The General Motors PD-4104 was a 38 or 45 passenger parlor-series coach that was built from 1953 to 1960. It incorporated several of the GMC PD-4501 Scenicruiser features such as large forward slanted windows, air suspension, air conditioning and an optional restroom. Greyhound purchased the first PD4104 in early 1953 and eventually operated 1,253. A total of 5,065 were built, many of which were still providing dependable service after 25 to 30 years of operation.
